Physical Therapy

We specialize in neck, back, shoulder, knee, ankle and foot injuries, getting you back into action as quickly as possible. You get a one-to-one session with a licensed physical therapist who uses tried-and-true and cutting edge therapies to get you lasting results.

Rehab-Based Pilates & Fitness

We use the Pilates mat, Magic Circle, bands and bodyweight exercises (and Pilates Stick for the Reformer repertoire)  to help adults over 50 move well, get strong and resilient and feel good. Pilates is great for proper posture, alignment, breathing, muscle control, strength and flexibility. All programs are custom-tailored to your body, with a focus on sufficient flexibility and strength for foundational movement patterns. Our specialty is getting people with chronic pain and injuries to move freely and joyfully.

3 Pillars CORE Anti-Aging Class

This class focuses on Creating Optimal Resiliency and Efficiency (CORE). By working on the brain and nervous system with specific drills, you will find yourself moving well, seeing well and balancing well.
